Install Loan Servicing Software
First download and run the .NET Framework v1.1
Microsoft .NET Framework 1.1 (dotnet.exe - 23.1 MB)
You can skip this step if you already have the .NET framework version 1.1 installed on your computer.
Windows Vista and Windows 7 (x86 and x64 bit versions) - You'll see a warning message when installing .NET 1.1 about compatibility issues with your version of Windows. Click Continue Anyway.
Moneylender Professional 2 will run properly on these platforms*.
Then download and run the Moneylender Installer

The next file is not needed to run Moneylender. Users who are importing payments from Office 2007/2010 files, may need to install the updated data connectivity drivers.

*the one issue MLP2 has with Windows Vista and Windows 7 occurs after the program updates itself. If the green Moneylender Professional startup screen hangs when you try to start the program, there is a simple workaround. Call us to walk you through it: 877-7-TRAILS (877-787-2457). Or, if you're pretty computer savvy, you just need to make a shortcut on your desktop to "C:\Program Files (x86 if present)\TrailsWeb LLC\Moneylender Professional\mlp.exe" and use that to start moneylender instead, bypassing the updater.
